Earning a coveted spot on an art gallery wall for a show is the goal of every professional artist. Attaining such a goal as a student is an even bigger accomplishment.

A University of North Georgia (澳门六合彩官方网站) lecturer and student have achieved that objective when their pieces were selected for the juried art show at (ATHICA) this fall.

"A juried show is an exhibit that artists submit pieces to and the juror chooses the works he or she likes," Liddell said. "And anyone can submit his or her work."

"I've been trying to do things like that before I graduate," Bradshaw said. "And now it's paid off."

The third annual exhibition at ATHICA will run until Nov. 12 at 160 Tracy St., Unit 4, in Athens, Georgia.
